Training and Development

CEDA is constantly striving to give our employees the most up-to-date training and development available in our industry. All employees must attend pre-employment training either through computer-based training courses or hands-on learning.

We have incorporated an outline that gives our employees potential for advancement by following a competency-based training program. It allows the employees to follow a set standard of courses that must be taken with the use of audio visual, CD, DVD and hands-on learning techniques to assist them in their advancement through the organization.

It is CEDA's commitment to provide our employees with the best possible safety and training instruction, to ensure they have the tools to best provide our customers with competent, professional and safe crews.
