Hydro Test Plugs

REPPSCO stocks two lines of specialty test plugs. The first one is a high pressure test plug that has the ability to eliminate the need for weld caps, which significantly reduces test times.
The second test plug is a flanged weld test plug. This plug lets you monitor behind the seal, isolate the weld area, nitrogen purge, finish the weld and hydro-test.

High-pressure test plugs are stocked in sizes from 1 in. to 24 in. and the flanged test plugs from 1 in. to 12 in.

For specialty applications, test plugs can be manufactured in all sizes up to 42 in.
