Field Machining
REPPSCO provides a wide range of onsite machining services including flange facing, portable milling, align boring, pipe cold cutting and beveling, bearing and seal shaft turning, hot taps, in-situ valve seat lapping, special drilling and boring.
Our flange facing equipment can service flanges from 1 in. to 120 in. in diameter on ring joint, lap joint, flat face, raised face, and channel head flanges.
Our portable milling services include pump bases, keyway cutting and repair, tubesheet ligaments and stud removal.
Our cold cutting and beveling equipment can work on pipe from
2 in. to 60 in. in diameter. This service includes various types of pipe transitioning for pipeline applications:
- Portable lathes for shaft repairs and re-sleeving.
- Hot tapping up to 4 in. diameter, at 1450 psi maximum pressure and up to 700°F.
- Our in-situ valve seat lapping equipment can refurbish your leaky valve problems up to 20 in. in diameter.
- Our new “Silk” portable drill for stud removal and boring holes is capable of drilling up to 10 in. diameter and tapping threads up to 6 in. diameter.
